HostPapa Looking for Senior Project Manager at Ontario Full Time

Position Summary:

As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for setting up, tracking, and coordinating projects across departments. You are highly organized and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across all business units.

What you’ll do:

• Establish project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to determine tasks, milestones, resources, planned and actual dates

• Serve as a single point of contact for all project milestones

• Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure goals and deliverables for the projects are being met and or exceeded across all departments

• Identify and communicate gaps between estimated and actual work and the impact on project delivery dates

• Address and resolve escalations with senior-level internal stakeholders

• Actively seek out ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness within project plans

• Create the reporting in various formats for projects and initiatives

• Attend project meetings, present updates, and document action items and other pertinent project deliverables/decisions

• Ensure appropriate communications and change management strategies are developed and delivered for assigned projects

  About you:

• Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes

• Experience with collaborative project management software (e.g. Jira, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to interact and work collaboratively with senior leadership
