Relevant du Directeur.trice de la réception, le ou la Valet & Chasseurs joue un rôle essentiel dans l’accueil et l’assistance des clients au sein de l’hôtel. Vous serez responsable de fournir un service exceptionnel, en prenant soin des voitures des clients, en offrant un service de bagagerie et en assurant une expérience mémorable dès l’arrivée et le départ des invités. Vous serez le visage amical et accueillant de l’établissement, offrant un service de première classe et créant une expérience positive pour chaque client. Votre professionnalisme, votre sens du service et votre attention aux détails contribueront à la réputation exceptionnelle de l’établissement.

Description de tâches :

• Accueillir chaleureusement les clients à leur arrivée et leur souhaiter la bienvenue.
• Prendre en charge les véhicules des clients de manière professionnelle et sécurisée.
• Stationner et récupérer les véhicules en suivant les procédures de l’établissement.
• Assister les clients avec leurs bagages, les accompagner jusqu’à leur chambre et les informer sur les installations de l’établissement.
• Fournir des informations sur les attractions locales, les restaurants et les services disponibles dans la région.
• Assurer la propreté et la présentation soignée des zones d’accueil et des espaces extérieurs.
• Offrir un service de voiturier rapide et efficace pendant les heures de pointe.
• Coordonner avec d’autres départements pour répondre aux demandes spéciales des clients.
• Gérer les demandes de taxis, de transports spéciaux et fournir des indications pour les destinations demandées.
• Fournir un service courtois et professionnel en toutes circonstances, en respectant les normes de l’établissement.

Qualifications et compétences :

• Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et non verbale.
• Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
• Sens aigu de l’hospitalité et du service à la clientèle.
• Bonne condition physique pour manipuler les bagages et se déplacer rapidement.
• Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec d’autres départements.
• Posséder un permis de conduire Classe 5.
• Capacité à conduire des véhicules à transmission manuel et automatique.
• Capacité à maintenir la confidentialité des informations des clients.
• Maîtrise d’une ou plusieurs langues étrangères est un avantage.

Reporting to the Director of Front desk, the Valet & Bellperson plays an essential role in welcoming and assisting guests at the hotel. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service by taking care of guests’ vehicles, offering luggage assistance, and ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure. You will be the friendly and welcoming face of the establishment, providing first-class service and creating a positive experience for each guest. Your professionalism, customer service skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the outstanding reputation of the establishment.

Job Description:

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and extend a friendly greeting.
• Professionally and securely handle guests’ vehicles.
• Park and retrieve vehicles following the establishment’s procedures.
• Assist guests with their luggage, escort them to their rooms, and provide information about the hotel’s facilities.
• Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and available services in the area.
• Ensure cleanliness and neat presentation of the lobby area and outdoor spaces.
• Offer fast and efficient valet service during peak hours.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests.
• Manage requests for taxis, special transportation, and provide directions to requested destinations.
• Provide courteous and professional service at all times, adhering to the establishment’s standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong sense of hospitality and customer service.
• Good physical condition to handle luggage and move quickly.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other departments.
• Possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Proficiency in one or more foreign languages is an advantage.

Languages: Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written, is required for this position as we serve an international clientele.
