About the Role:
The House of Commons is currently looking to staff two Human Resources Business Partner positions.
The HR Business Partner is a reliable and strategic advisor to leaders in designated business units on people management through an HR generalist’s lens and leveraging a broad understanding of the business, on the development and effective delivery of HR services and programs that support and reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP devises and advises on HR strategies, including workforce planning, and acts as an employee champion and change agent.

Candidates will be evaluated against House of Commons Administration Competency Framework – Professional/Advisory.
Outcome
Staff 1 position of Human Resources Business Partner on an indeterminate basis (permanent). AND; Staff 1 position of Human Resources Business Partner on a determinate basis (temporary) for a period of 2 years. Create a pool of potential candidates that may be considered to staff future vacancies for this position or for other similar and/or related positions on an indeterminate and/or determinate basis. Consideration may be given to candidates with other linguistic profiles.
