REQUIREMENTS

1. Bilingual French and English (a MUST)

2. Ability to work remotely and to the office ( one or two days a week)

3. Ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision

4. Good communication and writing skills

5. Ability to locate potential candidate using social media an asset (mostly Facebook )

6. Experience with recruitment tools (a must) ( Zoho recruit….)

7. Good marketing and interpersonal skills

8. Computer literate (strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, excel, power point, Excel, Endpoint)

9. Experience with internet search and existing job board (Linkedin, Indeed, Jobillico, Facebook) is an asset

10. Passionate about the job

11. Rigorous and attention to details

RESPONSIBILITIES

Post jobs on different job boards and social media

Search for candidate on social media

Update the different candidate data base

Update candidate timesheet weekly

Interview candidates to determine eligibility to the job

Update the website with new job offers

Respond to emails (clients and candidates)

Manage inbound and outbound calls

Coordinate candidate work schedule

Liaise with clients to get new contracts

Perform all other administrative task requested by the manager

Full Time hours: 40H per week
