About The Role

We’re looking for students that have excellent skills in analytical thinking, and interpersonal communication and have a strong interest in a long-term career in the insurance industry.
In this role, you would work as Analytics Assistant and support the Operations Analytics Team for the duration of the summer (May to August) based out of our Oakville office. The Analytics Assistant will work independently and use various insurance/non-insurance systems to provide administrative support for assigned teams or projects.

What You’ll Do
Our Summer Program will introduce you to the world of insurance and will actively engage you in a variety of tasks/projects within the Sales, Operations, and Client Service arenas. You’ll learn about:

Provide administrative assistance to the Analytics Team

Assist with various Monthly reports (i.e., revenue reporting, variance analysis, customer data, retention, etc.)

Assist in creation of monthly producer commission trackers and scorecards

Assist Managers and Executives with various projects
What You’ll Need for Success

Any of the following: High School Diploma or GED, College Graduates, Final Year College Students

For college undergraduates/graduates – Preferred areas of study include, but are not limited to, General Business Management, Risk Management & Insurance, Marketing, Communications, Economics, & Finance.
