After two years of incredible growth, we are looking to grow our sales team to scale our go to market initiatives focused on prospecting, nurturing, and discovery processes to increase pipeline value.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Build and maintain a pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasts on key metrics throughout the pipeline. Book demos and discovery calls with leads who show interest in our product.
Work closely with the marketing team to qualify leads from campaigns as sales opportunities.
Maintain and expand your portfolio of prospects through various outbound and inbound channels.
Ensure accurate and timely updates of information (call/meeting notes, supporting documentation, etc.) in Hubspot.
WHO YOU ARE:
You are biased for action, you are eager to make and to drive decisions. Picking up the phone and calling customers is second nature to you.
Constantly learning through risks & through failures and are always working to spotlight lessons learned to your team.
A driven self-starter with the ability to work independently, but also to work in a highly collaborative manner with the team.
Ability to quickly build trust with team members and customers using active listening and effective written and verbal communication.
You have an ease of developing trust and explaining how solutions eliminate a pain point for potential customers.
You are customer obsessed & will ensure the sales process feels highly personalized based on their customer’s economic and value drivers.
Have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple aspects of the sales process from start to finish.
Bring 1+ years of solution sales experience. Bonus points for SaaS experience and familiarity with core sales tools (such as Hubspot, Intercom, Mailchimp, etc).
