At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office and studio space to the biggest names in tech and entertainment, and we’re seeking a* Construction Project Manager *to assist with planning, design, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration and management for various projects in our Vancouver portfolio. Specific responsibilities include directing pre-construction efforts, design development, consultant teams, project scheduling, project budgeting and contractor and subcontractor . This position will manage these projects from start to completion, with full budgetary and schedule responsibility.

What You’ll Do
Other responsibilities include: development of work scopes, bidding, contract negotiations, permitting, project close-out documentation and consulting on pending lease deals. This will establish, support, and assist project team to achieve objectives and project goals. Coordinating collaborative communication with property managers, leasing managers, tenants, and executives, along with various city officials as needed. Demonstrating strong analytical skills to create, update, and analyze detailed budget and cash flow reports are required.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree required or higher preferred in architecture, engineering, construction management or some related field.
- LEED certification or similar background in sustainable construction is preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of real estate development or project management related experience in an architectural or general contractor firm focused on shell construction, repositioning, and tenant improvements for creative spaces.
- Proven experience mentoring, managing and leading teams.
- Thorough technical knowledge of all aspects of commercial office building construction and strong working knowledge of Vancouver building bylaws and code
- Must be adept in using MS Project and Excel.
- Expertise on creative spaces for tech media or entertainment clients desired.
