Day in the Life:
The Digital Stylist, Digital Selling and Service, will be an integral part for this newly formed digital stylist team to elevate the customer experience for our top eCommerce customer. The candidate selected for this position will be expected to provide styling advice – from fashion to beauty to home – and build strong client relationships. Our goal is to make the online shopping experience feel highly personalized and make every customer feel like a true VIP.This role will actively support our DE&I framework by identifying opportunities to increase the diversity of our products and brands. They will lead with inclusion to nurture our OneTeam culture by removing barriers for our Associates and communities. This is a remote position.
What You Will Do:
Embodies a ‘One Team’ approach when working with other members of the team to order to deliver the best customers experience
Generate new business and associated revenue by actively promoting all eCommerce brands available on thebay.com.
Respond to customer inquiries and requests and solicit feedback from customers about their online shopping experience
Ability to self-motivate in a remote work environment and comfortable with in-person wardrobe consultations for select VIP clients
Strong sense of organization in order to manage multiple customer requests and customer styling projects
A true love for fashion, beauty/cosmetics and/or interior decorating
Additional duties and responsibilities including projects, tasks, and activities as required
What You Will Need:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in a second language
4-6 years of work experience including previous experience as a stylist or seller in a luxury retail environment
1-3 years’ experience leading a team in a retail environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Comfortable with digital selling tools
