• Support Customers to resolve technical issues or escalate to engineering
• Support Customers to ensure they maximize their experience with the product
• Provide technical solutions and highlight customer feedback as well as new features to be added to product line
• You will play a support role in the scoping and supply of Shotscope 4.0. You will provide support to the Customer to ensure the installation and the features will be understood and fully utilized by the customers.

• Computer science degree or relevant technical education and expereince
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies including Ethernet and TCPIP communications, Routers/Switches, Proxy servers, Network and Firewall configurations.
• Experience using network monitoring tools (ie. Wireshark, Windows Defender, SolarWinds)
• IIOT / IOT experience (Telit)
• SQL, HTML5, scripting programming knowledge
• Ability to lead projects and influence others with good reporting tools
• Willingness to travel to Customers in your region
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones
• A sense of urgency, accountability and a can-do attitude
• Fluent command of French and English languages
• Knowledge of injection molding concepts and system operation from a user perspective would be considered an advantage

This role can be based in Luxembourg, France or Belgium.
