IT Analyst: Responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the Local Area computer Networks within the building. Responsibilities include installation and support of server-based software, developing server/product migration plans, and troubleshooting problems.
Guest Experience Analyst: Responsible for reviewing trend reports of issues, working with department heads to address those issues and reduce the trends causing poor customer service. Assist with the daily inspection of the guest areas to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
A post-secondary school degree/diploma in computer science or hospitality with strong computer skills to ensure running of system.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work with staff in all levels of the hotel to ensure the ultimate guest satisfaction.
