Job Description
Purpose: As a Customer Success Rep, you will be working with existing clients and prospective clients, helping them find solutions to their video security needs. This will include supporting Business Development Managers with coordinating customer training, customer onboarding, answering customer calls and inquiries regarding product, technology, innovation, stock, shipments, and repairs. The role is customer-facing and focused on revenue/sales related activity while providing excellent customer service. It involves extensive interaction with customers- both internal and external, relating to pre-Sales activity, post-sales activity, and contract renewals.
Job Duties:
Customer Success Representative
· Review renewal contracts, and work with sales teams and accounting to follow-up with a customer 30-60 days in advance

Knowledge/Training: (preferable but not required)
Other:
· Completing Phase Shipping QA inspections on the Production Line monthly as scheduled
· Conducting QA Testing on new Software or Hardware releases from time to time as scheduled by the Quality Team
· Entering all QA Data (i.e. Daily inspections) onto identified forms and applications
