Overview:
We are currently seeking a JR IT Administrator to join our Toronto team. Working as a team, based in our Toronto Campus office, the primary role will be supporting 1000+ users across multiple offices in their daily tasks to ensure that a reliable and robust IT platform is available to all. A high customer service focus is critical in the role and a strong technical skill set is a must.
The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of the support team and equally comfortable working independently to achieve wider goals when required. The ability to work to defined corporate standards whilst offering suggestions for continued improvement is also an important part of the role.

Located at 55 St. Clair Ave West, this office is steps away from St. Clair station and is easily accessible by bike, TTC and car. Occupying 7 floors, with over 700 employees, it is the largest office at Arcadis IBI Group. The floors are open concept and represent our collaborative approach to projects. You’ll have direct access to management while benefitting from our enthusiastic and helpful organizational resources team.
