Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Product-Led Growth Product Manager who will be responsible for leading the growth strategy of our product through the use of data-driven insights and customer behavior analysis. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Segment and Amplitude tools and be able to leverage these tools to make informed decisions about our product roadmap and user experience. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, and execute on initiatives to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze customer behavior data using Segment and Amplitude to develop insights that inform product strategy.
Develop and maintain scorecards and reports to track key metrics related to product-led growth, such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Develop and execute on initiatives to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Monitor key metrics and KPIs to track product performance and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, marketers, and sales to ensure the product meets customer needs and delivers a seamless user experience.
Engage with user research teams to conduct usability testing to validate assumptions and uncover new opportunities.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to product-led growth and customer behavior analysis.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5+ years of experience in product management preferably in a product-led growth or SaaS environment.
Deep understanding of Segment and Amplitude tools or ability to gain skills quickly
Proven track record of delivering successful growth initiatives in a product-led organization
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
