The Ideal Candidate
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Customer Service Agent is responsible for managing incoming calls and emails, judging how best to service them and to pull in the right internal resource to properly address clients’ needs.
To succeed in this important and challenging position, the candidate must have an excellent phone presence, super personality with a positive attitude. Experience servicing small and large accounts is a strong asset. The candidate must also be organized, computer literate, and possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
