Job Description:
1.At least 2 years experience and knowledge of retail banking products and compliance
2.Product enhancement and development of remittance business to ensure competitiveness and stable revenue streams
3.Understanding and knowledge of NRI segment and remittance business. Knowledge of Indian or Canadian compliance environment.
4.Prior experience in Remittance or compliance products and business
5.Understanding the regulatory requirements and risk profile of the product and coordinating with Control Groups viz., ISG, Compliance, legal & Risk. This is to ensure process & controls are adequately developed
6.Prioritizing business requirement and accordingly developing & designing products
7.Defining customer journeys to cover wide array of possible outcomes with objective of highest customer satisfaction. Reviewing test scenarios, creating user interface and experience
8.Identifying systems integrations essential for the product, liaising with developers for conveying requirements for each of the systems
9.Coordinating with Tech partners for customization and configuration to suite the bank’s requirement
10.Enabling information security audit and seeking clearance from ISG India
11.Onboarding vendors, enabling timely payments through appropriate approvals
