RECRUITER
Requirements:
Must be self-motivated, detail orientated and highly organized.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Must have excellent written and communication skills.
Strong creative background with an understanding of CG animation is preferred.
Must be comfortable working with Google Meet, and G Suite.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting full-cycle sourcing and hiring process of all new employees.
Review reels and source candidates.
Coordinate and schedule Interviews.
Lead interviews with candidates and Hiring Managers.
Work collaboratively with the team to identify successful candidates.
Help draft offer letters
Follow up with candidate tracking
General HR Administration duties as needed.
