Role – Stakeholder Relations Manager – IELTS Location – Toronto Midtown – 1 day per week in the office Is this you? The Challenge
This role will require you to be able to firstly grasp the full capabilities of our IELTS product suite and then be seen as the thought leader in our industry. You will have to be able to work with senior stakeholders who are our clients and ensure they receive the best service from our products whilst be able to communicate to them on both a technical and non-technical basis.
Your role will work closely with our IELTS sales teams and you will be asked to join in new client meetings. The end goal for this role is to be the SME for IELTS Canada for a number of the services we offer.
What You’ll Need
For this role we need someone who has worked on International Student Recruitment either directly for a university or a HE specialist. Ideally you will have experience working with a variety of stakeholders and have a proven track record of delivering to their needs. Please note that this is not a sales roles, it is focused on managing current clients that use our services.
