Duties, Qualifications/Skills: The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate and perform the following capabilities:

Ability to work in a team-oriented professional work environment
Good interpersonal skills
Work independently and as a member of the team
Greet visitors, clients and customers with the highest level of professionalism.
Administrative tasks: Assist Project Managers/Engineers and Safety Team with administrative task.
Must have excellent computer skills, Microsoft, Excel
Answer phones and properly routing calls.
Excellent writing and communication skills
Manage office supplies.
Receive deliveries from USPS, UPS, Fed Ex and distribute to staff members.
In charge of setting up office meeting agenda as well as assisting with event planning.

OFFICE HOURS: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
