Software Engineer – Node.JS – Permanent position in Vancouver (remote):
On behalf of our client in Vancouver, Ignite Technical Resources is looking for a Software Engineer – Node.JS with our client for a permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and build out our game backends and deployment infrastructure.
Monitoring and incident response for live services.
Develop server tools for game features and live operations.
Collaborate with our dynamic and highly driven game development teams.
Requirements:
2-3 years of Node.JS and Typescript.
Experience with AWS or other Cloud Service Providers.
Proficient with relational and NoSQL database usage and configuration (RDS, DynamoDB, Redis).
Strong communication skills.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with deployment and IaaS tools (Kubernetes, ansible, Jenkins, Rundeck).
Experience with Linux systems administration.
