iHR Advisory Services Looking for Human Resources Generalist at Kanata, ON Full Time

About you

iHR Advisory Services is looking for an energetic self-starter to join the team. The successful candidate will:

• Have a passion for all things HR and a willingness to learn and grow their skills and knowledge
• Possess a post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources Management and/or Office Administration *an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered*
• Possess CHRP (or CHRL) designation or working towards obtaining designation
• Possess a positive mindset and can-do attitude
• Be a self-starter who thrives in an environment where they can be equally successful working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Have excellent administrative skills with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Suite
• Have a strong commitment to excellent client/customer service
• Have a strong attention to detail with experience successfully managing multiple priorities
• Have a team player mentality who enjoys collaborating with others
• Bilingualism (French and English) considered an asset

Your day-to-day

• Comfortable being our clients first point of contact and go-to for coordinating meetings, status updates and project deliverables
• Design and implement template documents and processes for the team and our clients
• Ensure our CRM and client files are up-to-date and recommend new ways to make improvements
• Assess client inquiries and redirect them to appropriate team members
• Client engagement including;
• scheduling discovery meetings
• onboarding and offboarding of clients
• designing and updating processes for client engagement
• coordinate new contracts and renewals for clients
• Creation and design of customized recruitment program materials including;
• interview screening guides
• interview guides, work-sample exercises
• reference check questionnaires
• provide guidance on interviews
• E-learning portal technical lead including;
• guide the technical development of Podia
• identify technical risks and recommend solutions
• identify and ensure technical problems are fixed
• enhance value of project deliverables
• Assist the CEO by coordinating her calendar and scheduling meetings and events; including team events
• Provide administrative support to the team as required
