What you’ll need to have
- You have at least one year of experience within People Administration in a matrixed organization
- You’re passionate about people and relationships – you have excellent communication skills and can develop and maintain relationships, whether in-person or virtually!
- Organization is your middle name – you can quickly create, organize, store, share and maintain records with your eyes closed
- You’re efficient with administrative processes, systems and digital tools, and have an eye for recognizing opportunities for improvement
- You accomplish goals, completes tasks, and achieve results in a timely and accurate way
- You’re independent and you can take action without needing much direction, but you’re also a collaborative team-player
A day in your life with us
- Executing People & Culture administrative tasks such as updating personnel files, compiling people data, preparing contracts, scheduling, time keeping, and booking and coordinating meetings and events
- Administrative tasks related to Learning and Development such as scheduling trainings, arranging meeting rooms, and registering participants and facilitators
- Collaborating with the People & Culture team to continuously improve service delivery
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
