Location: Uxbridge, ON.
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year.
Industry: Accounting / Industrial / AP/ AR.
Employment Term: FT/ Permanent/ In-Office.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for full cycle accounting and day-to-day accounting operations such as AP, AR, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end close processes.
- Review and analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and reconcile bank statements, transactions, and other financial accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.
- Provide financial analysis and support for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Post Secondary education in Accounting or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting preferably in a supervisory role.
- CPA certification or working towards a designation preferred.
- Proficiency in Accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
