Location: Uxbridge, ON
Salary: $50,000 per year
Industry: Accounting / Manufacturing / Industrial / Accounts Payable
Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities
- Processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing payments.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payment processing.
- Manage weekly payment cycles, including matching payments to supporting invoices.
- Work closely with the accounting team and independently as well.
- Month-end accruals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Post-secondary education in Accounting or related.
- 2 years related experience in an Accounting, Bookkeeping, or AP role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Accounting software would be an asset.
- Computer skills including Word & Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
