Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year

Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing clerical administrative responsibilities, including tasks related to AP/AR transactions, health and safety protocols, shipping and receiving procedures, and general office administration.
- Coordinate the handling of health and safety documentation as necessary.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of shipping and receiving requests.
- Handle front office reception duties by greeting visitors in person or over the phone and addressing inquiries appropriately. and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Manage company inquiries and direct calls to the relevant individuals.
- Maintain employee and department directories.
- Carry out filing and clerical duties, including sending emails and faxes. Organize incoming and outgoing mail flow and distribute accordingly.
- Collect and distribute parcels and other mail items.
- Coordinate shipping procedures according to established processes, including updating ERP systems as directed.
- Collaborate and communicate with other departments to meet customer requirements. Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
- Adhere to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and observe safety protocols and practices.
- Additional related duties.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-year minimum experience in an administrative position.
- Strong focus on customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively demonstrated.
- Proven history of personal responsibility and accountability.
- Work is performed in a combination of environments.
- Overtime as required.
