Position: Site Superintendent
Location: Langley, BC

Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for all construction related activities as directed by the Manager
- Review all plans and documents related to the project
- Review the schedule and ensure all personnel meet the set deadlines
- Responsible for issuing purchase orders for all necessary supply items for the project
- Conduct weekly meetings and direct all personnel required for the project
- Ensure a safe working environment for all parties along with strict use of PPE
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Post Secondary education in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role
- Proven experience managing construction sites with focus on residential construction projects
- Proficient in using MS applications
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
