Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Hamilton, ON area
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 Yearly
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering/ Automotive / Maintenance
Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all production requirements in the facility
- Ensure enough materials and support teams are present for a smooth production process
- Purchase inventory as needed
- Maintain work order system
- Conduct monthly performance reviews
- Provide technical support when needed
- Oversee the equipment repairs needs in the facility
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 – 7 years of experience in a supervisor role preferably in the automotive environment.
- Post secondary education in Engineering preferred
- Millwright or similar skilled Tradesperson certification preferred
- Experience with automaton equipment required
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) required
- Proficient in Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Able to work a 3-shift rotation – midnights, afternoons, days.
