ILAC International College Looking for IELTS Exam Invigilator – Prince George Location at Prince George, BC Full Time

ILAC IELTS is recruiting Invigilators/Proctors paper-based English tests in Prince George approximately once a month on Fridays and Saturdays. The rate is $20 per hour. A minimum two-year commitment is required.

Essential Attributes:

· Clear spoken English and ease in reading aloud to a group (minimum of band 7 IELTS in speaking or equivalent)

· Friendly and professional approach to dealing with clients

· Ability to pay attention to detail and follow instructions

· Ability to stay on schedule and maintain standards of excellence

· Trustworthy, conscientious and reliable

· Very professional attitude

· Sensitivity in dealing with clients from a wide-range of backgrounds

· Physically able to cope with extended periods of standing and light furniture movement and clean-up

Duties:

· Processing candidates through extensive security screening

· Administering tests to standard by following test day protocols

· Maintaining the validity of the test by ensuring all rules are upheld

· Managing clients to ensure all receive a standardized, positive test experience

· Set-up and clean-up of the venue.

Interview and Training

· Selected applicants will be required to attend a Zoom group interview Thursday September 29th at 5pm.

· Full Training will be provided to successful applicants via Zoom on Wednesday October 5th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm
