People & Culture Coordinator
Permanent full-time position
The People and Culture Coordinator is an integral part of the People and Culture department. From the recruitment and selection process to onboarding, training, benefits administration, communication, and general employee relations, the People & Culture coordinator will serve as support to all employees (Vancouver, Montreal, and the USA).
This is a full-time employment opportunity based in our Vancouver office with the possibility of remote work in hybrid mode 2 days per week.
To be eligible for this position, an applicant must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

About you
The desired candidate generally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources combined with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the field of technology and/or engineering is a strong asset. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience could also be considered.
