Immiland Canada Looking for Internship – Human Resources at Montréal, QC Full Time

IMMILAND CANADA INC. Is the organization behind the well-known YouTube channel IMMILAND, which has gained more than 500k subscribers across YouTube, Instagram and Facebook in less than 3 years.

We have proudly created, produced and managed a long-term social media campaigns to promote a clear, honest, conscious immigration process with very strong values. And when we say immigration process we mean EVERYTHING related to it, we are talking about settlement, education programs, opening bank accounts, international recruitment, processing visas/permits/PR, etc.

Our company is fast growing and our HR department needs help, here is where we need you! This position will be on a part-time basis for 3 months, June to August. Reporting to the HR Generalist, the candidate will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge by touching upon different areas of Human Resources, such as: recruitment, onboarding and off boarding, navigate team questions and direct them in the right direction, keeping up to date teams data base in BambooHR, creating templates and guides for HR purposes.

What kind of help do we need from you?

• Scheduling interviews
• Maintaining candidate and team members records in the HR database
• Drafting offer of employment contracts
• Drafting job descriptions in both English and Spanish and posting them internally
• Providing administrative support to the HR department
• Performing other related tasks

What you need to succeed?

• Be enrolled in a university or college program in Human Resources or related field.
• Don’t forget, due to our clientele the intern must be fluent in Spanish and English. Proficiency in French is an asset.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Attentive to details
• Proven organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word and Excel
