Java Full Stack Trainer

Be a part of dynamic and growing team dedicated to ensuring that Incept continues to have the skilled associates it needs to maintain its position as a growing leader in IT Consulting. We are seeking a highly skilled FS Trainer to aid and assist with Bootcamp-Style Training Courses. Each class will consist of 15-20 functional trainees which can last a duration of 1-3 weeks. This opportunity will consist of 80% delivering training and 20% curating training material.

Responsibilities

· Work with Business stakeholders and SMEs to understand training needs and build effective training plan

· Deliver training courses from Incept’s course catalog and conduct live virtual classes and recorded videos

· Utilize facilitation and training skills that meet the requirements of the adult learner in both classroom and distance learning settings

· Curate learning materials for Back-End and Front-End Java programming

· Instill high learning techniques in trainees and produce skilled Full Stack engineers capable of delivering quality software

· Develop multiple-choice questions, scenario-based questions, case studies, LAB exercises based on the training content

· Participating in curriculum development processes for online training

· Validate the participant’s solution implementation and provide the continuous feedback

· Adapt quickly for the change in business needs in short span of time and expected quick workaround

Qualifications:

· Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training, in classroom and/or virtual classroom environments

· 5+ years of experience with Back-End application development to include basic syntax and data types, control structures and loops, object-oriented programming concepts, server-side programming, security & authentication, microservices, etc.

· 5+ years of experience with Front-End application development skills to include HTML and CSS, building dynamic web pages, JDBC, Springboot, RESTful, JSON, and ability to build interactive web pages with libraries and frameworks such as jQuery and React

· 5+ Years of Advance Java concepts such as debugging, working with threads and concurrency, reflection and annotations, generic and functional programming, etc.
