Description
About Infostrux:
Founded in 2021, Infostrux set out to be the fastest-growing Snowflake Services Partner in North America. In our first year of operation, we achieved Snowflake Premier Services Partnership. Using Snowflake’s innovative data cloud platform we:
Build state-of-the-art data solutions for business intelligence, data analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning
Apply DataOps principles to manage continuous integration and deployment of the solutions, as well as day-to-day operations and orchestration of the data pipelines
We designed Infostrux to address the needs of modern data-driven organizations around the world and we are continuously improving the way we work. For example, we’ve created tools to significantly improve the painful heavy-lifting (from data integration and data engineering to data modelling), so our customers are extracting more value from their data and our engineers can focus on creative work.
Our mission at Infostrux is to empower organizations to innovate with data, creating trusted and efficient solutions. As an established consulting firm focused on modern data solutions in the cloud, we give our clients full visibility into their data, allowing them more time to focus on making better decisions.
Our purpose is to develop the leaders of a data-driven tomorrow. We aspire to do this within our own team and the organizations we help.
Our vision is to be the world’s data team.
About the role:
As a Sales Executive, you are a leader. By nature, you are a master problem solver and a continuous learner. You know how to network, how to connect with people and how to capture their attention. You will work closely with the business leader in your region to generate new business in your territory, provide customer-centric account management for named accounts, and become a valuable member of a high-performance solution selling culture. You will be involved in representing Infostrux in interactions with partners, marketing programs, and communities within your region. This is a vital role in the overall success of Infostrux.
There are five key aspects to this role:
You are a key member of the Go-To-Market team, tasked with growing Infostrux’s revenue, quarter over quarter.
You are an evangelist in the market, helping establish the Infostrux brand by sharing stories about how we deliver exceptional value and solve problems for our clients.
You are a key liaison with our strategic partners (of which Snowflake is key).
You understand the target market and our clients’ needs with respect to data and decision-making.
You leverage your expertise in the region to identify solutions Infostrux can bring to the market.
One of the most exciting aspects of this role is the freedom and flexibility for you to develop your own regional strategic plan. Servant Leadership is a core tenant at Infostrux, and we are here to provide our team with the support and guidance they need to be successful. This is a high-performance culture and we have high expectations for our team members.
What you’ll get to do:
Partner with your regional business leader and pre-sales architects to strategically pursue new opportunities.
Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new MSAs.
Identify and meet with a broad set of buyers to learn more about client initiatives around data and represent Infostrux’s and Snowflake’s capabilities.
Maintain strong velocity of deals won every single month, growing Infostrux’s revenue quarter over quarter.
Nurture relationships with our key partners to drive growth and jointly ensure customer success.
Serve as a liaison with client decision-makers, Infostrux colleagues and Alliance partners.
Mentor and collaborate with other sellers within and across regions.
Attend and represent Infostrux at the company, partner and key industry events.
Contribute to a high-performance but collaborative company culture based on the principles of transparency, autonomy, and individual growth.
Act as an ambassador and recruiter for Infostrux everywhere you go.
Adhere to Infostrux’s core values: Integrity, Responsibility, Excellence, Kindness, Trust, Fun, Accountability and Humility.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Minimum 3+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS software or cloud IaaS/PaaS and related technology industry

Ability to develop at minimum 30% of your own pipeline

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
