– must be able to work in a faced paced environment under pressure without getting overwhelmed
– must have a teamwork mindset and a positive attitude
– basic kitchen skills required such as how to hold and use a knife
– food handlers certificate would be considered an asset
– provide consistent quality and presentation of food for both restaurant and banquet service
– must pay attention to detail
– must be able to adapt dishes to meet dietary requirements and preferences
– keep all work areas and kitchen clean and sanitized and execute closing duties before leaving
– stock line fridges and main kitchen areas
– receive large orders, check product upon arrival and put items away
– must be flexible in morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts
– previous experience is preferred but not required

Salary: $13.50-$14.50 per hour
