We are looking for a part time project coordinator/estimator. Some of the benefits include flexible hours and remote work.
We are looking for applicants with the following skill sets:
1) Self starter able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
2) High attention to detail.
3) Organized with the ability to plan and execute a variety of concurrent tasks in an effecient manner.
4) Familiar with commercial construction practices.
5) Competent in basic tech applications and adaptable to new applications.
Duties will include:
1) Material pricing, procurement, and ordering.
2) Subcontractor pricing, negotiations, and procurement.
3) Drawing review and estimating.
4) Coordination of suppliers and subcontractors.
5) Assistance with estimates, proposals, and tenders.
6) Job scheduling and coordination.
7) Project cost control and monitoring.
8) Facilitate communication between site staff, management, and client.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
