Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring logistics
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs
- Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and implement effective solutions
- Assist in administering performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal-setting
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion programs
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Prior experience or internships in HR is a plus
