Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for analyzing training needs, designing and developing instructional content, overseeing training and development programs, implementing learning management systems, and developing curriculum. The role will be located in Moncton, NB, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development skills
• Instructional Design and Training & Development experience
• Experience in implementing and managing Learning Management Systems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia design
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• Experience in a consulting firm and/or experience across multiple industries is a plus
• Fluency in French is mandatory for this position.
