Key Responsibilities:
- Attract and source top talent in alignment with Aspiring Lives’ recruiting service offering, implementing a variety of methods (we teach you)
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize proactive sourcing methods, including all digital platforms and social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google and such
- Talent Pipeline: Create robust talent pipelines to meet the company’s current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications: We’re looking for candidates who have:
- A solid 6 years or more of full-time work experience (not suitable for fresh graduates)
- Willingness to Learn: A passion for continuous learning and personal growth.
- Talent Sourcing Skills: through social media platforms.
- Strong in Project Management
