Insight Global Looking for Change Management Specialist at British Columbia Full Time

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Change Management Specialist to join one of BC’s leading health authorities. This resource will be a pivotal part of the Financial Applications division, driving successful transitions during ERP implementations and process changes. Your expertise in change management methodologies, coupled with experience in Workday and PeopleSoft, will contribute to the seamless adoption of new systems and processes across the organization.

Responsibilities will include the development and the execution of comprehensive change management plans for ERP implementations, upgrades, and process enhancements. The Change Management Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify stakeholders, assess impacts, and create tailored communication strategies.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in change management, preferably in a healthcare or public sector environment

Experience in an enterprise environment

Proficiency in Workday Implementations and PeopleSoft

Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills null
