Insight Global Looking for Content Strategist at Ontario Full Time

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a content strategist for a Big 5 Banking client who can create engaging and effective content for our client’s retail banking products. You will be working in an agile team, collaborating with designers, developers, and business analysts to deliver user-centric solutions. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining content strategy and content calendar, as well as participating in content sprints and innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Plan, write, edit, and test content for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and accessibility.

Conduct content audits, gap analysis, and user research to identify content needs and opportunities.

Create and maintain content standards, guidelines, and templates.

Present and communicate content strategy and design concepts to stakeholders and clients.

Collaborate with other content strategists and partners across the organization to share best practices and align on content goals.

Continuously monitor, measure, and improve content performance and user feedback.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, English, or related field

4+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or digital marketing

Proficient in Confluence and Figma

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience in banking finance or related industry is a plus

Experience participating in content sprints null
