Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Web Developer for a 6 month contract with extensions to join one of Calgary’s mid-sized oil and gas companies. This opportunity is onsite 5 days a week for the first 2 weeks, 40 hours per week. Once the initial 2 weeks are completed this person will be fully remote. This person will deliver a controlling, secure, and scalable web portal solution from scratch which includes setting up the webserver to deployment as well as working with IT in setting up security/authentication process. This portal will be used for managing, transacting, and analyzing assets. The result will be a user-friendly and visually appealing web portal that provides a seamless experience for users while ensuring the security and efficiency of asset transactions.

Skills and Requirements
-3-4 years of experience working as a web developer
-Experience with Node.js (60% front end/40%backend)
-2-4 years of experience with React.js
-Experience with Azure webapps
-Experience with Git Repo -Snowflake cloud data warehouse experience
-Azure DevOps
-Remix Framework (Node.js) null
