Work location:

100% work from home (in order to be eligible, you must live more than 115km from the nearest office, which are located in Anjou, Ottawa or Quebec)

Your schedule:

Evening schedule, Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a Saturday in rotation out of 4.

As a bonus, all your shifts will be enhanced by a 6% evening bonus and we guarantee you a daytime schedule after 12 months on the job!

What you bring to the table :

• You are bilingual (French & English) or unilingual French
• You are a natural communicator and know how to listen and empathize with people
• You are tech-savvy and comfortable working between different systems
• You can multi-task and stay cool under pressure

In Quebec, our Sales Agents need to have or obtain their AMF insurance sales licence. To be considered for this role or our training program, one of the following situations must apply to you:

• You have a high school diploma + three years of full-time customer service experience in Canada; OR
• You have a university degree or college diploma; OR
• You have your AEC in P&C insurance; OR
• You have experience and/or education outlined above, but it was obtained outside of Canada. In this case, you will need to complete an equivalency evaluation from MIFI
