About the role
We’re looking for a Digital Account Lead to join our growing team!
As a Digital Account Lead, your role will be diverse and fulfilling, as you’ll have the chance to impact strategy, build diverse projects and identify mandates that will foster growth and generate impactful results.
You’ll get to interact with a variety of internal stakeholders, in multidisciplinary forums, advancing marketing leadership.

What you’ll do here:
Be the primary contact for the digital requests and be accountable for the brands’ success in the digital space along with the rest of the team. Plan effective and regular touchpoints, manage expectations and anticipate changing interests or needs.
Lead the high-level planning of the digital tactics and work closely with the campaign managers to develop and evolve digital strategies and ensure delivery excellence.
Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager and other teams to align priorities, manage and allocate financial and human resources to execute plans and deliver on business goals.
Manage budget forecasts, project plans and timeline. Notify internal stakeholders of any change or reforecast.
Monitor expenses and performance, communicate monthly highlights and trends, and present opportunities to achieve each brand objectives. Proactively communicate progress on projects and accomplishments, demonstrate how business goals were achieved.
Develop a thorough knowledge of each brand needs & priorities as well as the industry and competitive environment. List existing opportunities & threats and make recommendations.
Cultivate trusting relationships with internal stakeholders including with marketing teams, marketing VPs, Intact Lab, Data Lab, operations, sales and actuarial teams.
Establish and document clear processes to help improve team productivity, move projects forward and facilitate collaboration.
Represent the digital team in strategic business meetings, prepare presentations when necessary. Communicate relevant information afterwards to team members.
Play an active role in our digital transformation roadmap by collaborating on strategy and implementation of innovative approaches in digital, data and technology.
Stay up-to-date with industry development providing sound recommendations on best practices, emerging trends, vendors and by educating stakeholders around the digital space.
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
In possession of an Bachelor degree in e-commerce, marketing, administration or equivalent field.
8+ years of experience in digital marketing including 3+ years of Account and Budget Management.
You have a superior understanding of online strategies, digital marketing channels and media concepts.
You have a strong business acumen and proven ability to analyze and translate digital performance into business recommendations.
Ability to develop strategic and tactical recommendations for different business needs and business models
You have a strong ability to communicate and influence both an audience of peers and of senior decision – written, verbal, presentation.
Exceptional at building and delivering presentations for Executives.
Well organized and excellent at project management, you easily handle situations with multiple stakeholders to manage, and you can manage tight deadlines.
You have a solutions-driven mindset, not afraid to challenge status-quo, and innovate.
Approaching things with a positive attitude, you are a high-energy person, with a collaborative approach.
You love working in a fast-pace, rapidly changing environment.
Functional knowledge of media and analytical platforms such as: Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, adservers, Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
