About the role
As a Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations, you will bring organization and project planning to our everyday life. By working closely with our TA systems and reporting teams, you will help level-up how we operationalize strategically within TA.
Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations, our team will rely on you to lead and oversee the Intact operations and strategy on a national level. You will work closely with the TA leadership team to help shape the future of recruiting at Intact. You will provide recommendations on our current and future processes, tools, systems, reporting and benchmarks to make this team the best-in-class TA team.
You will manage a team of data-driven professionals that are system experts, project leaders, and administrators. You will work alongside a team of skilled creatives that specialize in implementing effective recruitment marketing and employer brand strategies that drive talent to our various online recruitment platforms.
