We are currently looking for a Construction Site Supervisor in the GTA, preferably with:
· 5+ years construction experience
· advanced knowledge of the building envelope
· ability to manage/supervise complex residential jobs
· resolve on-site issues and emergencies to minimize construction delays and claims
· coordinate/supervise all construction activities and subcontracting activities
· track project progress
Successful candidates will be asked to provide a Criminal Record Check.

Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Experience:
- construction: 3 years (preferred)
- Site Supervision: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Ontario G driver’s license with cleaning driving record (required)
