YOUR ROLE
As an Outside Sales Account Administrator, you will help to provide outsourced lead generation and appointment setting solutions for your accounts. You will manage business relationships to ensure that our clients’ needs, and requirements are met. You will provide client service, prospecting efforts on behalf of our clients, research, and CRM management for each client. You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore, and engage in meaningful conversations with our client’s prospects over the phone with the goal of booking a meeting for our client. You will monitor your internal KPIs for each account and ensure they are met and reported to the client on a regular basis. Your day to day will be on the phones cold calling on behalf of our clients.
OUTSIDE SALES ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR

This is not your average account administrator position; instead, it takes more than talk here at this firm (though certainly there should be some good conversation). You’ll act primarily as our client’s outsourced lead generation. You will manage their pipeline and continue to build the relationship with our client on behalf of our firm. Our main priority at Integrity BDI is to grow our clients’ businesses.
YOUR ROLE AS AN OUTSIDE SALES ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR
The day-to-day roles and responsibilities of an Outside Sales Account Administrator can vary depending on the account (client) you are working on. Some common duties include making cold calls on behalf of our clients (your accounts) to their potential customers, setting appointments on behalf of our clients, and managing customer accounts. Additionally, you may also be responsible for providing customer support and resolving any issues that arise on the accounts you are assgined.
Most of the day will be spent on the computer and on the phones with the goal to have meaningful conversation with our client’s prospects and to set appointments for them. As we have clients in various industries, your conversations, and the market verticals you are targeting will vary from client to client (from clients in the tech industry, healthcare, business consultants, insurance, to engineering firms). Nearly all our clients are in the B2B (Business to Business) sphere and most decision makers that we are reaching out to are in the C-suite (CEOs, Presidents, Owners, CFOs, etc.), so you will be booking meetings with the owners of larger businesses.
Account Administrators have the option to work remotely or in the office full time or a hybrid option (if they are in locally in Edmonton).

You are our client’s voice. We are looking for a team member who is proactive and passionate about sales and marketing, and the clients they serve. Account Administrators will act as a point of contact for their clients and are the first impressions and VOICE of all the clients we work with to their prospects and have an outgoing, cheery personality.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional written and verbal communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. They should be resourceful, outgoing, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a pulse on all your accounts at any given time.

WE HAVE FULL TIME AND PART AVALIUBLE:
Full-Time salaried position of $38,000 CAD per year with advancement opportunities. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm EDT.
Part-time hourly is also available for $18 CAD per hour. Flexible hours (anytime between 8:30am – 6:30pm EDT). Anywhere from 5-30 hours per week for part time hours.
