As part of a TEAM of 15+ Interns and become part of the Business Analysts & Developers’ Group. Our Marketing Team creates Marketing Campaigns for different medical & health rehabilitation related fields with Video components; with a brand-new campaign on Personal Injury such as Car Accidents and Slip & Falls. Providing informative content leading to a 6 Series Symposium.
DATABASE DEVELOPERS:
Design Database Systems
You will design, develop, and test a Brand-New Implementation Project for a small innovative Start-up company in the Medical & Legal Service sector. You will be responsible to take our newly developed Database to its completion and proceed to Deploy to Migration.
You will be required to propose an effective Development Plan of the database systems to meet specific requirements including indebt Intake of clients’ personal information and history, compiling this data for maximum integration capabilities into multiple Medical & Legal forms. Leading to automations and follow up correspondence of letters and email templates while tracking systems with notifications on compliance with automated follow up reminders. This will also encompass Internal Documents and Records Filing Systems for each Client File. This requires you to have technical skills, abilities and knowledge of database administration software, programming languages, architectures, data models and data integrity practices.
Ideally these Database programs would be developed for multi-user interface and from multi-devices enabling this organization’s remote users and administrators to update, retrieve, delete, or arrange data within this new database. Promoting efficiency in accessing the stored information.
Test New Products
Database Developers will be expected to run performance-testing procedures to ensure the proper operations of this database. This responsibility will include troubleshooting any potential problems and creating and submitting testing reports and information about improving the database system if, and where necessary.
Develop Database Documentation
You will create documentation about the database system and provide an operational manual and supporting documentation. This will include adding information as any changes or improvements to the database are implemented.
1. Applying technical design and development skills to the creation of database programs.
2. Analyzing existing databases and data needs of clients to develop effective systems.
3. Using knowledge of specific programming languages and codes.
4. Following implementation processes for new databases.
5. Troubleshooting and providing solutions for any bugs in new database applications.

SEO WEB DEVELOPMENT:
1. Audit current website on Squarespace.
2. Create a new website, upload content from current Squarespace website
3. Design and manage digital touch points including company website, landing pages, etc.
4. Create page to connect Podcast Landing Page
5. Create page to host our YouTube Videos
6. Create new content based on available branding material
7. Collaborating in testing, validation, and QA
8. Fixing website bugs & defects, provide required support
9. Complete E-Commerce website portion
10. Create Membership Site with Video tutorials
11. Research and develop integration for MKTG Strategies in Groove.cm for Affiliate and Agency capabilities
12. Proposal on SEO: create plan and execute with Social Media Group
13. Study ROI and Stats – Lead Social Media Group
14. Develop Lead Generation Landing Pages in Groove
15. Launch JV Affiliate Program
16. Develop Agency strategies

1. Participate in the Database Testing and transition to Migration

4. Develop business requirements
5. Evaluate existing business processes to formulate new business programs and initiatives
6. Lead process review and improvement initiatives to ensure smooth transitions

8. Educate other departments on new processes while sharing ideas and receiving feedback
9. Research, develop, modify and deploy data collection processes
10. Work in conjunction with the IT department to set up software programs
