About the Job
Report to the Shorex Pier Supervisor and help prepare for dispatching all guest.
Assigned task during dispatch – putting up signs, greeting guest & directing to proper lineups, loading buses, collecting tickets etc.
Receive clipboard with dispatch sheet and note times of loading guests and guest count for each tour.
Once all tours have left the pier, compare dispatch sheet with Pier Supervisors.
Clean up all signage off the pier and fill out staff timesheet.
Able to work flexible schedule (work shifts, cruise ship schedules)
Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday a must.
Possess a sense of responsibility and ability to multitask in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
English speaking mandatory and other languages advantageous.
Obtain Vancouver Port Pass (Intercruises will assist with this process)
