IDC is seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Specialist, Digital Demand Generation to help build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for North America. The Senior Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Director and will coordinate and advise on social media content and strategy, SEO, SEM, and be part of optimizing corporate digital platforms (including our blog) to achieve demand generation KPIs.

Oversee and optimize social media campaigns including scheduling, copy editing, and KPI reporting
Manage the IDC Blog, which includes administration of the editorial calendar, QA processes, blog optimization, and related promotional campaigns to drive engagement and MQLs
Collaborate with the demand generation marketing team members to intergrate digital marketing strategies and tactics into their programs to accelerate top of funnel lead generation
Drive brand governance across social media accounts, digital ads, web properties, etc.
Create and manage SEO, link-building and content strategies across our digital properties
Track marketing metrics and analyze digital campaign and property data to measure marketing success
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or other related degree
Minimum 2+ years of B2B demand generation marketing experience focused directly on digital marketing (prior IT market experience a plus)
Experience with a social media management tool (Hootsuite preferred)
Prior direct social media management including overseeing content calendars
Previous experience with managing a blog editorial calendar and workflow processes (WordPress experience preferred)
Demonstrated experience with ongoing KPI reporting for key stakeholders
Prior experience with SEO strategies and knowledge of SEMRush (or similar tool)
Knowledge of digital lead generation strategies and best practices
Strong organizational, prioritizational, planning, analytical and strategic thinking skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Collaborate with extended marketing team to achieve results at scale
This role will be based out of our Toronto Canada office with a hybrid work schedule
