Interpaving Limited is a privately held company which specializes in a diverse range of work in Civil Infrastructure including Road & Pipe Construction, Aggregate Production, Concrete Production, and Hot Mix Asphalt Production, Equipment Rentals, and Construction Management.

Our growing team continuously seeks hard working, talented & dedicated individuals to fill the available roles for Heavy Equipment Operators.

Operators We are Actively Hiring:

• Loader Operators
• Excavator Operators
• Dozer Operators.
• Backhoe Operators
• Grader Operators

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Ontario Drivers License is an asset
• Must be able to legally work in Canada for your application to be accepted.
• Minimum 1-year Heavy Equipment Operator experience is considered an asset
• Able to work outdoors
• Able to conduct daily routine equipment checks etcs.

Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Trenching. Sub-grade excavating. Stripping. Sloping and banking. Material handling. Land clearing. Haul road maintenance.
• Excavation. Backfilling. Slope grooming. Stock piling. Maintain operation and job logs.
• Conduct pre-operation checks and documentation as required.
• Operate a two-way radio where and when necessary.
• Refuel, clean, and lubricate equipment as prescribed.
• Secure special attachments to equipment.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions on requirements of the job.
• Follow all health and safety instructions and standards as communicated. Use and maintain all safety equipment as prescribed.
