JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our fast growing and constantly evolving organization. Reporting directly to the Global Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resources Administrator will support the team through a hands-on effort in many facets of HR, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, HRIS Management and Health & Safety. This role requires an individual that is task focused, is not afraid to take initiative and rolls up their sleeves to make things happen.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Support the full life cycle of recruiting responsibilities, including but not limited to, managing job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, completing background and reference checks, presenting offers, etc.
· Help with new hire orientation and arrange onboarding activities.
· Be the first level of service for employee related HR requests, like HRIS questions, employment letters, benefits information, payroll issues, etc.
· Maintain accurate data in HRIS systems, including new hires, exiting employees, updating employee information
· Maintain employee personnel files through HRIS · Conduct exit interviews and record information for use · Support implementation of office Health & Safety program, including compliance with legislation
· Support new policy and procedure implementation through delivery and communication of changes, answering questions, and providing a feedback loop to management on policy effectiveness and impact.
· Track and report on required HR metrics and ensure accurate collection of data.
· Support on special projects as required. · Support planning and execution of team building events, charitable initiatives and other cultural events as required.
· All other tasks as assigned related to the role
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· A completed Certification in Human Resources Management
· Certified HR professional (HRPA or equivalent) or in process is an asset
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources Administration and/or Talent Acquisition
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PayWorks an asset
· Exceptional communication and time management skills with great attention to detail
· Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate situations that involve emotions and perceptions.
· Good judgment skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
· Ability to deal with constant change and multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
