Our Client was established in early 2017 in Ontario, Canada, as part of a network of automotive aftermarket companies in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and North America. We are a prominent business partnership built on a platform of 25 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry paired with technical vehicle repair service in North America.
We are currently looking for a Tire Equipment Technical Support to join their team of highly skilled professionals and experienced individuals who are passionate about the automobile industry and are seeking new growth opportunities:
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for tire equipment
- Wheel alignment technician experience.
- Oversee and direct installing and tire repairing equipment.
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance to ensure it meets the factory’s standards
- Provide training and assistance to help customers learn how to use various repair equipment.
- Respond to transferred senior help desk service calls in person in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
- Travel required.
- Experienced wheel alignment technician (At least 1+ years experience)
- Knowledge of programming and troubleshooting is an added value
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Ability to use computer and supporting software
- Previous experience as a mechanic is an asset
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Ability to develop and lead training activities
- Valid driver’s license
Job Type:
Temporary contract (one year subject to renewal based on performance), Probation review (3-6 months from start date), Performance review/KPI (6-9 months following probation review)
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 CAD Annually + Sales Incentive program (Individual sales leads. Incentive between (5-15% of gross sales).

Schedule:
- Shift: 9:00 am- 17:00 am (M-F)- 30-minute lunch break. Weekly 37.5 hours
- Monday to Friday
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L6Y 4M3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
